※If you are living in Japan, and would like to apply, please ask the school to send the application documents by post as the application fee should be paid using the designated bank transfer form which is not available on the website.  If you are living abroad, this bank transfer form is not needed when paying the application fee.  Please refer to the Admission Booklet for details.  If you would like to have the documents sent by post, please send a fax using the form below to inform us.  As soon as we receive the form, we will arrange to send the Application Documents by post.

国内にご在住で出願を検討されている場合には、出願料の振込用紙(ホームページには掲載しておりません）が必要ですので、学校から出願書類を取り寄せてください。海外にご在住の場合には、  出願料を支払う際の振込用紙は不要です。詳細については、募集要項をご参照ください。

If you would like to have the application documents sent by post, please send us the following information and send an e-mail to info@mis.ed.jp.

・Your child's name in English & Japanese

・Your child's age and birthday

・Your address (if living in Japan, please write your address in Japanese if possible.)

 

出願書類の取り寄せを希望される場合は、以下情報をご記入の上、info@mis.ed.jp にメールを送ってください。

・お子様のお名前　（英語と日本語）

・お子様の年齢と生年月日

・ご住所（日本にお住まいの場合は、可能であれば日本語で住所を書いてください）
